We may also collect the submission date and time, source page, and technical information such as IP address, browser, or device information when appropriate for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or compliance.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss possible connections with real-estate investors, provide requested updates, protect our service, and meet legal or compliance obligations. If you opt in to SMS, we retain the phone number, timestamp, source, and exact consent language shown at submission as evidence of that choice.
Sharing and SMS
We may share relevant inquiry information with a potential investor when a connection is appropriate. We do not sell your personal information. If you separately opt in to text messages, we may send messages about your property inquiry and possible connections with real-estate investors. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests are recorded and suppressed from future messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Retention and your choices
